Summary:

Modern and clean furnished apartments with a private bathroom. Beyond offers four different types of room all of which have a ‘hotel’ sort of feel about them; the Elegance Deluxe, Executive Deluxe, Executive 23 Deluxe and the Contemporary Beyond Suite.

Facilities include a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, some crockery and basic utensils. hot and cold water, tv, bed sheet, blanket and 2 pillows and cases. Aircon and wifi are available in each room. For a full list of facilities as these vary between rooms see the website.

There is 1 communal washing machine which costs between 20-40 baht depending on weight of the laundry. It is an extra 10 baht for ironing. Alternatively, there are lots of laundry shops nearby in the Samsaen area that cost approximately 40 baht/kilo, as well as a dry cleaning service in the nearby Nouvo City Hotel.

Facilities and surrounding area:

Not much in the immediate vicinity around Beyond. However, it is around a 10 min walk to Samsen area which has a lot more amenities/interns. It is 5 min walk to the Phanfa Klong Boat pier.

Contemporary Beyond Suite- 33,000 Baht/month

Deposit – 2 months deposit for damages and 1 months rent in advance (The 2 months deposit is refunded when the contract ends. The 1 month advance rent will be utilised for the last month of the contract)

Staff can be a bit difficult when it comes to having guests over, either for a short or long stay. They ask guests to register with their passport and don’t allow people to stay for too long

There are not many food places in the immediate vicinity – download an app such as PandaFood, so that you can have your food delivered.

You can buy a fan to keep the aircon bill down a bit.

This accommodation books up extremely fast – enquire as early as possible!
