Summary:

Fully furnished rooms with microwave, refrigerator, aircon, tv, safe, iron and private bathroom with hot/cold water. There are a variety of room types with cold (studio style)/hot (separate area) kitchen options; Superior (32 sq2); Deluxe (44 sq2 w/without hotstove); Junior Suite and Grand Suite.

Facilities include a free gym and roof for sunbathing, and a café/coffee corner and a free shuttle bus each morning (08:00 am) to the UN. There is also communal washing machine for 50 baht per wash.

They offer an educational discount for those at the uN who sign a contract to stay at the residence for more than 2 months (some paperwork/evidence required for this – identity document such as an invitation, copy of your UN identity card, etc).

  • They provide a shuttle van from Suwannabhumi airport to Suwanninplace for THB 1300 per trip for one way trip, and THB 1700 per trip for round trip (MAX. 4 people per trip, If this trip starts during 6pm to 6am there is an additional overnight charge of THB 300 per trip.

Disadvantages:

  • Far way from the UN and Samsaen area = more difficult to get around
  • Have to pay for wifi

About 2.6 km from the UN (approx. 40 mins walk). 15-20 mins drive away or via shuttle bus.
